Morrow
Controlled Pilot

Begin with measurable proof.

A 6-8 week evaluation for one organization and 3-5 critical applications, with a defined data boundary and evidence your team can review. It costs nothing — it is a way of working, not a product tier.

From baseline to decision

01 / Scope

Agree the authorized application list, data classification, access method, evidence policy, retention period, and success criteria.

02 / Establish evidence

Collect approved cryptographic metadata, validate signed Airlock submissions, and build an exposure inventory for the selected applications.

03 / Validate a path

Rank critical risks and review a remediation package, compensating control, or documented provider limitation for each application.

04 / Review outcomes

Review the Trust Passport, remediation evidence, and compliance ledger snapshot. Decide whether the results justify a broader rollout.

Customer inputs

A named security owner, an approved target list or collector location, identity configuration, and retention preferences. Repository integration and production traffic changes require separate authorization.

Success is agreed at kickoff.

Examples include validated evidence coverage, an accepted remediation package, a verified boundary configuration, or a documented blocker with an accountable owner. The pilot does not promise blanket quantum safety or guaranteed insurance savings.
